- Gardens By the Bay- Children aged 0-2 can enter free of charge. Children of age 3-12 will go on an extra charge. Children of age 13-17 will go on the same price as adults.
- Marina Bay Sands Skypark- Adult ticket is applicable for guests aged between 13-64 years. Child ticket is applicable for guests aged between 2-12 years. Senior ticket is applicable for guests aged between 65-99 years.
- Singapore River Cruise- Children aged between 3 - 12 years will be charged as per child fare.
- Guidelines issued by the respective State-Government is to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of masks recommended.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- Social distancing is enforced throughout experience.
- Frequent hand sanitization and use of masks recommended.
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
- The SkyPark Observation Deck will be closed from 6pm to 7.30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays except for Public Holidays.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 2 business hours of successful booking.
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
